- 1 teaspoon (1 g) Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
- Place one piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
- Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
