  • 1 English Cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Green or Black Olives
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Chop the cucumber into thin slices and halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
  2. Place the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onion, and feta in a mixing bowl and stir gently to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat the ingredients evenly.
