Description

Lime Divine Tarts are creamy, tangy mini desserts made with a buttery graham cracker crust and a smooth lime filling. These refreshing citrus tarts are easy to prepare and perfect for parties, summer gatherings, or a light sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • Optional: lime slices or extra zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup to form crusts.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden, then remove and let cool slightly.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
  6. Pour the lime filling evenly into each crust.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the filling is set but slightly soft in the center.
  8. Remove from oven and cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices or zest before serving.
  10. Serve chilled for best flavor and texture.
