- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup M&M candies
- 1/2 cup Nutella (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in M&M candies evenly throughout the dough.
- Scoop dough into mini muffin tin and gently press to form small cups.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and immediately press centers down using the back of a spoon.
- Let cool slightly, then fill each cup with Nutella.
- Allow cookie cups to cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the cookie cups soft and chewy.
- Chill dough for 20–30 minutes if it feels too soft.
- Use a non-stick pan or grease well to prevent sticking.
- Add Nutella while cups are slightly warm for smoother filling.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
