Description

M&M Nutella Cookie Cups are soft, chewy mini cookie desserts filled with creamy Nutella and topped with colorful M&M candies, making them a perfect bite-sized treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup M&M candies
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in M&M candies evenly throughout the dough.
  7. Scoop dough into mini muffin tin and gently press to form small cups.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from oven and immediately press centers down using the back of a spoon.
  10. Let cool slightly, then fill each cup with Nutella.
  11. Allow cookie cups to cool completely before removing from the pan and serving.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the cookie cups soft and chewy.
  • Chill dough for 20–30 minutes if it feels too soft.
  • Use a non-stick pan or grease well to prevent sticking.
  • Add Nutella while cups are slightly warm for smoother filling.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature.
