- 6 ripe nectarines, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Wash, pit, and chop the nectarines into chunks.
- Place the nectarines in a blender and puree until completely smooth.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Alternate layers of nectarine puree and yogurt mixture into popsicle molds.
- Use a skewer or thin stick to gently swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely firm.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently remove the popsicles.
