Description

This No Bake Peanut Butter Pie is a rich, creamy, and indulgent dessert made with a smooth peanut butter filling and a chocolate graham cracker crust. It’s an easy no-bake recipe that requires minimal effort and delivers bakery-style results, perfect for holidays, gatherings, or a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 g) creamy peanut butter, divided
  • 3/4 cup (90 g) powdered sugar
  • 8 oz (225 g) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup (150 g) mini peanut butter cups, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until fully incorporated and light in texture.
  3. Transfer the peanut butter filling into the prepared chocolate graham cracker crust. Spread evenly to smooth the top.
  4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the filling is firm and set.
  5. Before serving, drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup melted peanut butter over the top and garnish with chopped peanut butter cups if desired.
  6. Slice and serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • Do not overmix after adding the whipped topping to keep the texture light and fluffy.
  • Chill the pie overnight for the best firmness and clean slices.
  • You can substitute the crust with an Oreo crust for a richer chocolate flavor.
  • This pie can be frozen and served slightly frozen for an ice cream-like texture.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
