Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the dry orange gelatin powder. Do not prepare it with water.
- Add the cottage cheese to the gelatin powder and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges.
- Add the thawed whipped topping and fold gently until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until fully set.

- Do not prepare the gelatin with water. Use it dry for the correct consistency.
