They deliver all the classic s’mores flavor in an easy handheld treat that is perfect for parties, holidays, and chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 box (18.3 ounces) brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or as required by the brownie mix box)
- 2 large eggs (or as required by the brownie mix box)
- 1/4 cup water (or as required by the brownie mix box)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease each cup.
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined and the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of each muffin cup to create the crust layer.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions using the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir just until smooth.
- Spoon the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, filling each muffin cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the brownie tops begin to set but are still slightly soft in the center.
- Remove the pan from the oven and top each cup with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Sprinkle some crushed Oreo crumbs over the tops if desired.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes more, until the marshmallows are lightly golden and the brownies are fully set.
- Let the Oreo Brownie S’mores Cups cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Do not overbake the brownie cups or they may lose their fudgy texture.
- Use paper liners for easier removal and cleaner presentation.
- For extra s’mores flavor, add a few extra graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.
- Let the cups cool fully if you want neat edges and a firmer texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
- You can warm the cups in the microwave for 8 to 10 seconds before serving for a softer, gooier texture.
