Description

This Peach Bellini Mocktail is a light, refreshing, alcohol-free drink made with sweet peach puree and sparkling non-alcoholic prosecco or ginger ale. Perfect for brunches, baby showers, summer gatherings, and celebrations, it delivers elegant flavor with minimal ingredients and preparation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup peach puree
  • 1/2 cup non-alcoholic prosecco (or ginger ale, sparkling grape juice, or sparkling apple cider)
  • 1 fresh peach slice, for garnish
  • 1 small sprig fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
  • 2-3 frozen peach slices, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the peach puree, sparkling beverage, and serving glass for at least 30 minutes before preparing the mocktail.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of peach puree into a chilled champagne flute or wine glass.
  3. Slowly pour 1/2 cup of chilled non-alcoholic prosecco or your preferred sparkling beverage over the peach puree.
  4. Gently stir once or twice to combine without removing too much carbonation.
  5. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and mint sprig if desired.
  6. Add frozen peach slices instead of ice to keep the drink cold without diluting the flavor.
  7. Serve immediately while bubbly and chilled.

Notes

  • Use ripe fresh peaches for the sweetest and most flavorful puree.
  • Canned peaches may be substituted when fresh peaches are unavailable.
  • Pour the sparkling beverage slowly to prevent excessive foaming.
  • Keep all ingredients well chilled for the best texture and carbonation.
  • For a sweeter mocktail, use ginger ale or sparkling grape juice.
  • For large gatherings, multiply ingredients and prepare in a pitcher just before serving.
  • Frozen peach slices work better than ice cubes because they do not dilute the drink.
