Description

Peach Cheesecake Pie is a creamy no-bake dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth sweet cream cheese filling, and fresh juicy peaches. This easy summer recipe is refreshing, quick to prepare, and perfect for gatherings or family treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust (about 200 g): provides a crisp, buttery base
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened: creates a rich and creamy filling
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar: adds sweetness and smooth texture
  • 45 large fresh peaches (about 600700 g), sliced: adds natural sweetness and freshness
  • 1/4 cup (85 g) honey: enhances flavor and gives a glossy finish
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) whipped cream (optional): adds lightness and extra creaminess

Instructions

  1. If making a homemade crust, combine 1 1/2 cups (150 g) crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup (65 g) sugar, and 6 tablespoons (85 g) melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes to ensure a smooth texture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly into the chilled graham cracker crust using a spatula.
  5. Slice the peaches into thin, even slices, removing the pits.
  6. Arrange the peach slices in a spiral pattern over the cheesecake filling.
  7. Brush the honey evenly over the peaches for added shine and sweetness.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour to set properly before serving.
  9. Slice with a sharp knife and serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream.

Notes

  • Always use room-temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • Chill the crust before adding filling to help maintain structure.
  • For cleaner slices, wipe the knife between each cut.
  • Fresh peaches provide the best flavor, but canned peaches can be used if well-drained.
  • This pie is best served the same day but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
