- 24 Oreo cookies (about 300g), crushed into fine crumbs
- 2 (3.9 oz / 110g each) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups (960 ml) cold milk
- 12 PEEPS marshmallow bunnies
- 1 cup (150g) jelly beans or chocolate candy eggs
- 1 cup (20g) edible Easter grass or 1/2 cup (120g) green frosting
- 12 clear plastic cups (5 oz each)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until smooth. Let it set for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Spoon approximately 1/3 cup of pudding into the bottom of each cup, filling them halfway.
- Gently press one PEEPS bunny into the center of each cup, making sure it stands upright.
- Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of crushed Oreo crumbs around the bunny to create a dirt-like layer. Lightly press the crumbs down.
- Add small amounts of edible Easter grass around the bunny for decoration.
- Top each cup with 1–2 tablespoons of jelly beans or chocolate eggs for added color and sweetness.
- Refrigerate the dirt cups for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow them to set properly.
