- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (40 g) toasted coconut
- Maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish to form the crust. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 4 oz (113 g) whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple until evenly combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the coconut pudding mix and milk. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Spread the pudding layer gently over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining 4 oz (113 g) whipped topping and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut over the top and garnish with cherries if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours before slicing and serving.
