- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach or lettuce
- 8 slices deli turkey or ham
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch seasoning mix until smooth and well combined.
- Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortillas.
- Add the chopped bell peppers, carrots, spinach or lettuce, black olives, and green onions evenly across each tortilla.
- Place 2 slices of deli turkey or ham over the vegetables on each tortilla.
- Starting from one side, tightly roll each tortilla into a log shape.
- Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator and use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled.
