- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, washed and thoroughly dried
- 12 ounces white melting chocolate (candy melts)
- 1/2 cup blue sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or neutral oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper, wax paper, or aluminum foil.
- Place the blue sprinkles into a small deep bowl and set aside.
- Add the white melting chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth and fully melted.
- If the chocolate is too thick, stir in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or neutral oil until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip about three-quarters of the berry into the melted white chocolate.
- Gently tap off any excess chocolate against the side of the bowl.
- Immediately dip the lower third of the chocolate-covered strawberry into the blue sprinkles.
- Place the decorated strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat the process with the remaining strawberries.
- Allow the strawberries to set for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator or at room temperature until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve immediately or store as directed.
