Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.

- Transfer the rhubarb mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cold butter and cut it into the dry ingredients until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the rhubarb filling.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
