Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sliced sausage, bell peppers, and onion on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar evenly over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with garlic, salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated, then spread into a single layer.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
- Continue roasting until the peppers are tender and the sausage is lightly browned.
