Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mash together the goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the chopped thyme, rosemary, basil, and a pinch of salt. Mix until evenly combined.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey and blend well.
- Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
