- 5 tablespoons butter (1 tablespoon per foil pack)
- 2 tablespoons buttery steak seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 sheets heavy-duty aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed steak, quartered potatoes, sliced corn, diced onions, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Add the buttery steak seasoning, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat all ingredients.
- Lay out 5 sheets of heavy-duty foil on a flat surface.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the foil sheets, placing it in the center of each.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each portion.
- Fold and seal each foil pack tightly to lock in moisture and flavor.
- Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to desired doneness.
- Carefully open the foil packs, allowing steam to escape, and serve hot.
