- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- In a food processor, crush the golden cookies and freeze-dried strawberries until crumbly.
- Transfer crumbs to a bowl and mix in the dry pudding mix and strawberry gelatin powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup powdered sugar, milk, 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to make the glaze.
- Place sliced strawberries at the bottom of each cone.
- Fill each cone with the cheesecake mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Add additional strawberries on top of the filling.
- Drizzle glaze over each cone.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the cones.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
