Description

Tiger Butter Fudge is an easy no-bake candy made with creamy peanut butter, sweet vanilla chips, and rich semi-sweet chocolate swirls. This classic holiday treat comes together in minutes and delivers a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture with beautiful marbled patterns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag (11 oz / 312 g) vanilla chips
  • 1/2 cup (128 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (85 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a quarter-sheet baking pan or 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Place 1 bag (11 oz) vanilla chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Add 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter to the melted vanilla chips and stir until completely combined.
  5. Pour the vanilla-peanut butter mixture onto the prepared pan and spread into an even rectangle.
  6. Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top in lines.
  7. Using a knife, drag through the chocolate lines in the opposite direction to create a marbled tiger-stripe pattern.
  8. Allow the fudge to cool and set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  9. Cut into 24 squares and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor and texture.
  • Do not overheat the chocolate, as it can become grainy.
  • Avoid over-swirling to maintain distinct tiger-striped patterns.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
  • Freeze for up to 1 month with parchment paper between layers.
  • Chunky peanut butter can be used for added texture, though the swirls will be less defined.
