Instructions

  1. Preheat your toaster oven or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
  3. Toast both halves for 2–3 minutes until the edges are golden and crisp.
  4. Spread pesto sauce evenly on the top half of the roll.
  5. Spread chopped sun-dried tomatoes on the bottom half.
  6. Layer the bottom half with ham, salami, cracked pepper salami, pepperoni, and turkey pepperoni.
  7. Top the meat layer with fresh mozzarella slices.
  8. Return only the bottom half to the toaster oven and toast for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and meats are heated through.
  9. Remove from oven, place the top half on the sandwich, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use a French baguette or sourdough if ciabatta is unavailable.
