Description

Triple Berry Cheesecake Fruit Salad is a creamy no-bake dessert loaded with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries folded into a rich cheesecake filling. This easy summer recipe is light, refreshing, and perfect for potlucks, picnics, cookouts, and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, stems removed and quartered
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries or raspberries
  • 12 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3.4 ounces instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla yogurt, instant cheesecake pudding mix, whipped topping, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
  2. Use a hand mixer on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth, fluffy, and fully combined.
  3. Wash the strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. Quarter the strawberries into bite-sized pieces and leave the blueberries and blackberries whole.
  5. Gently fold the prepared berries into the cheesecake mixture using a spatula until evenly coated.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Triple Berry Cheesecake Fruit Salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve chilled and garnish with extra berries if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh berries instead of frozen fruit for the best texture.
  • Allow the cream cheese to soften fully before mixing to avoid lumps.
  • Pat the berries dry after washing to prevent excess moisture.
  • For best results, add the berries shortly before serving if making ahead.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
