- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into clean butter lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use butter lettuce for best texture and flexibility.
- Drain excess liquid from turkey if needed to avoid soggy wraps.
- Adjust spice level by increasing or omitting red pepper flakes.
- Store filling separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat filling gently before serving for best flavor.
