Ingredients
Scale
- 2 packages crescent roll dough
- 2 packages cream cheese (8oz/250g each), softened
- 1 package Ranch dressing mix (28g)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet and pinch the seams together to form a rectangular shape. Pinch the edges to create a crust.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer on low speed to blend everything together until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Top with cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, green onions, and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the vegetables.
- Slice into squares or wedges and serve cold. Refrigerate any leftovers.
Notes
- Ensure the crust has fully cooled before adding the cream cheese mixture to prevent the sauce from becoming too runny.
- Refrigerate the vegetable pizza for at least 1 hour for the best flavor and texture.
- Feel free to substitute or add your favorite vegetables to the topping, like bell peppers or cucumbers.
