Description

Watermelon Pizza is a refreshing no-bake dessert made with juicy watermelon slices, a creamy yogurt-cream cheese frosting, and a colorful assortment of fresh fruits. Perfect for summer gatherings, this healthy and vibrant treat is easy to prepare and loved by both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium watermelon (about 8-10 lbs), sliced into 2-3 inch thick rounds
  • 4 ounces (113g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar or sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (75g) strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) cherries, sliced or whole
  • 1/2 cup (75g) kiwi, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75g) blackberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (75g) dragon fruit, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and fresh orange juice, then mix until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar or sweetener, mixing on low speed until the frosting is silky and lump-free.
  4. Wash, dry, and slice all fruits into bite-sized pieces for easy topping.
  5. Cut the watermelon into 2 to 3 inch thick rounds, then slice into wedge-shaped pieces.
  6. Pat the watermelon slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  7. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese frosting over each watermelon slice.
  8. Arrange the sliced fruits evenly over the frosting, mixing colors and textures.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves or edible flowers if desired.
  10. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.

Notes

  • Pat watermelon slices dry before adding frosting to prevent sogginess.
  • Assemble just before serving to maintain freshness and texture.
  • Use low-fat or dairy-free alternatives for a lighter version.
  • Customize toppings based on seasonal fruits or personal preference.
  • Store ingredients separately if preparing ahead of time.
