Description

White Chocolate Pineapple Pecan Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert that blends sweet white chocolate, tangy pineapple, and crunchy pecans on a buttery graham cracker crust, creating a tropical and indulgent treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz (680 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 g) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup (120 g) chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup (120 g) white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and chopped pecans.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 60–70 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  11. Before serving, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and garnish with additional pecans.
