- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling and brush with the seasoned butter mixture.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

- Use jackfruit or chickpeas for a vegetarian version.
- Substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch if preferred.
