Description

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are spicy, cheesy, and incredibly easy to make, perfect for beginners looking for a quick and flavorful meal or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling and brush with the seasoned butter mixture.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.

  • Use jackfruit or chickpeas for a vegetarian version.
  • Substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch if preferred.
  • To reduce heat, use a mild buffalo sauce or add extra ranch.
