- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
- Mix in cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, diced bell pepper, diced onion, and 1 cup of cheese until fully combined.
- Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
