Description

These Crown Peach Jello Shots are fruity, fun, and irresistibly easy to make. With peach-flavored gelatin, Crown Royal Peach, and a chewy peach ring on top, they’re the ultimate crowd-pleaser for summer parties, tailgates, or festive celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3 oz) box peach gelatin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Crown Royal Peach (or peach juice for non-alcoholic)
  • 1 package peach ring gummies

Instructions

  1. Boil and dissolve the gelatin: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, pour in the peach gelatin and stir constantly until completely dissolved with no visible powder remaining.
  2. Add the alcohol or juice: Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1 cup of Crown Royal Peach or your chosen non-alcoholic alternative. Mix thoroughly and let the mixture cool slightly to avoid melting your plastic shot cups.
  3. Pour into cups and chill: Carefully pour the mixture into 2 oz condiment cups or small shot glasses, filling each about three-quarters full. Place the filled cups on a flat tray and refrigerate for about 1 to 2 hours until the jello is almost firm but not fully set.
  4. Garnish with gummies: When the jello is tacky to the touch but mostly set, press one peach ring gummy gently into the top of each shot. Return to the fridge for an additional hour or until fully set and ready to serve.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Once fully set, these jello shots are ready to enjoy. Keep them chilled until serving time to maintain their perfect texture and refreshing taste.

Notes

  • Use a pourable container: After mixing your liquid, transfer it into a measuring cup or squeeze bottle for easy, mess-free pouring into shot cups.
  • Let it cool slightly before pouring: Hot gelatin can warp or melt plastic cups. Wait 5–10 minutes after mixing before pouring.
  • Chill on a baking tray: Place your filled cups on a flat tray before chilling to make it easy to move them in and out of the fridge.
