- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 4 large eggs
- Red food coloring, as needed
- Blue food coloring, as needed
- 1 cup whipped topping, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons red, white, and blue sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until evenly coated.
- Press the crust mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sour cream and mix until fully combined.
- Mix in 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition until combined.
- Divide the cheesecake batter evenly into 3 bowls.
- Tint one bowl red, one bowl blue, and leave the third bowl plain.
- Spoon alternating dollops of red, white, and blue batter over the cooled crust.
- Gently swirl the colors with a knife, being careful not to overmix.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice into bars, then top with whipped topping and sprinkles before serving.
