- 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 can (21 ounces) strawberry pie filling
- 1 can (21 ounces) blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 12 tablespoons melted butter until evenly moistened. Reserve 3 tablespoons of crumbs for topping.
- Press the remaining crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
- Spread one-third of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon dollops of strawberry pie filling over the cream layer and gently spread evenly.
- Add another one-third layer of the cream cheese mixture and spread carefully over the strawberry filling.
- Spoon dollops of blueberry pie filling over the second cream layer and gently spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the surface.
- Sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs over the top.
- Cover the dessert and refrigerate overnight before slicing and serving.

- Overnight chilling is recommended to help the layers set properly.
- Premium pie filling works best because it contains more fruit and less syrup.
- Cool Whip can be substituted for homemade whipped cream if desired.
